- Most orders ship via UPS. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO boxes.
- We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50.

- We cannot cancel or alter your order once it has been processed by Top Knobs.
- Expedited services such as Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available depending on product selection and shipment destination.
- Next Day Air shipments will be delivered one day after they are processed by the carrier, while Second Day Air orders are delivered two days after a given carrier processes that shipment.
- The cut-off time for expedited orders to ship on the same day is 2:00p Eastern. This is subject to change without notice.
- We are not responsible for additional duties and/or charges collected by shipping carriers on behalf of your country.
- Orders may be shipped via carriers other than UPS.
- We may e-mail you with the actual freight charges for your approval prior to shipping an international order.

- Returns may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned product to process.
- To be eligible for credit, items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be in sell-able condition.
- Schaub products will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee.
- Returns received after 30 days will not be credited.
