Shipping your order very quickly is our policy at CoolKnobsandPulls.com. Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday - Friday) and many of our orders ship the same day they are placed. All orders are shipped from our CoolKnobsandPulls.com warehouse in Martinsville, Virginia, USA. We do not "drop-ship" from third party companies like many other websites do. This allows us to have total control over the shipping process.
For shipments to the contiguous 48 states:
For orders under $150.00, a $9.95 shipping charge will be added to the order for Ground Shipping.
For orders of $150.00 and greater, Ground shipping is free.
For Next Day Air and Second Day Air, the actual shipping charges will be added to your order.
All Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders are shipped via UPS.
All other orders are shipped via either UPS or USPS.
For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii:
These orders will be shipped by Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). The actual freight charges will be added to your order.
For shipments to Canada:
For orders under $150.00 (USD), a $19.90 (USD) shipping charge will be added to the order.
For orders of $150.00 (USD) and greater, a $9.95 (USD) shipping charge will be added to the order.
These orders will be shipped by Postal Service (6 – 10 days delivery time).
For shipments to the United Kingdom:
A flat Rate shipping charge of $25.00 USD will added to orders of 100 pcs. of hardware or less. For orders over 100 pcs. of hardware, additional shipping charges will apply.
These orders will be shipped by Postal Service (6-10 days delivery time).
For international shipments other than Canada and the United Kingdom:
These orders will be shipped by Postal Service, the actual shipping charges will be added to your order.
Most in-stock orders ship within 36 hours after receipt (M-F).
For Shipments of Designer Sinks:
To the contiguous 48 states, Ground shipping is free.
For shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states, the actual freight charges will be added to your order.
