If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products*, simply return them to us in their original condition within 30 days and we will refund the full price of the hardware, less any applicable shipping charges. Any returns received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns made after 90 days will not be credited.

*An exception is made for our solid granite and corian lines. All of these products are "made to order" and all returns for these items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns made for solid granite and corian lines after 90 days will not be credited.

Return Policy:

You may return any item, with the exception of Solid Granite or Corian within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the amount of the hardware. After 30 days, a 15% restocking charge will be applied. All returns for for the solid granite and Corian lines made within 90 days of order shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We do not accept returns after 90 days from the date of purchase. Date of purchase is defined as the day your order ships from our warehouse.
