Guarantee & Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products*, simply return them to us in their original condition within 30 days and we will refund the full price of the hardware, less any applicable shipping & handling charges. Any returns received after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns made after 90 days will not be credited.

*An exception is made for our Solid Granite, Art Glass and Corian lines. All of these products are "made-to-order" and all returns for these items will be subject to a 45% restocking fee. An exception is also made for our Schaub & Company Collection. All returns for our Schaub Collections will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns made for Solid Granite, Schaub Collection, Art Glass and Corian lines after 90 days will not be credited.
